One Love Caribbean Cuisine – Authentic Jamaican Flavors in Hardeeville, SC

My first experience with Caribbean Cuisine and I was impressed. I tried the Jerked Chicken and loved it. The Oxtail was outrageously good. My side of choice was Rice and Peas. It did not disappoint. I can highly recommend this place.

Such a hidden gem! We loved our experience today! Very clean, great Jamaican vibe/decor. Reasonably priced as well. $50 for two entres and 2 cokes. They gave such generous helpings, we couldn't even finish our meals. We had jerk chicken, ox tail and the meat was fall off the bone and juicy Perfectly seasoned and nicely paired with Mac n cheese, a cabbage mix, rice beans and amazing plantains that gave the dish a hint of a sweetness. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and they gave us great recommendations, as it was our first time dining there. They had some fun Jamaican music playing in the background which put us right in the Caribbean vibe too. We will definitely be back!

Very delicious meals today. Best plantains I've had anywhere. Delicious cabbage side. Generous portions. Good vibes. I'm from New Jersey but will stop by on my way north and south when I'm taking I-95.

I had an amazing experience at this Jamaican restaurant! I ordered the fried chicken and oxtails, and everything was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of authentic Jamaican flavor. The oxtails were rich and fall-off-the-bone, and the fried chicken was crispy and well seasoned. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better. You can really feel the care and pride put into the food and service. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to and recommending to others. If you’re looking for real Jamaican food done right, this is the spot!

This is a diamond of a restaurant. It is miles above the surrounding fare. I highly recommend getting off the highway or driving out of your way to get food from this place. My son and I had Jerked Ribs which were fantastic. My wife had the curried shrimp that was just as good. All the sides were great: cabbage, plantains, red beans rice. When we arrived, we were told it would take a little while since everything is prepared upon order. We'll worth the wait. I decided to have a meat patty while waiting which was, you guessed it, great. The restaurant is small with limited seating. I think they do mostly take-out and have only been open for 3 months. One last thing, the people were great! If you have the chance, get food from this restaurant.

Amazing place, amazing staff and wonderful recipes. I ordered the shrimp curry and the chef took his time to cook from scratch. This is our go to place for lunch for our two weeks stay in The area. It’s worth every penny.
